Haven’t been too active this week but give me a break, I mean, this week I…
- Moved to yet another country (Chile).
- Started a new job and everything that comes with it (new boss UGH, new colleagues, new things to learn and do).
- I searched, spotted, closed the deal and moved to a new apartment.
- Started the whole process to get a temporal visa and work permissions.
- Bought winter clothes… I only had tropical ones.
- Bought food and stuff for the apartment.
- etc etc etc…
- And now I’m looking on the internet for a place to buy a Cat (British Shorthair) in Santiago.

Today I tasted Macarons for the first time ever and this things live up to their Tumblr fame. THEY ARE SO GOOD SO ADDICTING UGH.
Yep, so I finally went to Starbucks (there are no Starbucks in my native country, strange).
That Frappuccino is like a milk shake with a slight dash of coffee incense. Also, sugar rush headache ugh.
Right, so here is today’s dessert, you’ll need:
- 6 Oreo cookies
- AMERICAN CREAM Danette
Crumble 4 cookies, put the american cream on top, then crumble 1 more and place a full cookie on top of all.

Today I went to the Buenos Aires Japanese Garden. It’s a small but nice place, with a pretty good restaurant.
So, right now I’m watching this JPN TV Drama called Hungry!, it’s about an unsuccessful rock musician that decides to follow his family’s footsteps and become a Chef. He opens a restaurant with his rock band buddies and shenanigans ensues…
Besides being life inspiring and funny, other strong points are: 1) Main girl is hella cute (Takimoto Miori), 2) They present all sort of exotic dishes prepared by the different Chefs. See pics above.
